These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Full Face Performance website at https://fullfaceperformance.com (the “Site”) and to any purchase you make from us. “Full Face Performance”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Full Face Performance, 149 McBride St, Richland, MS 39218. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information when you order or register.
We try to describe and display our products (including helmets, riding gear, parts and accessories) as accurately as possible. Colors, graphics and finishes may look different depending on your screen, and manufacturers may change product specifications or packaging without notice. Product images may be representative. If a product you receive is not as described, please contact us (see Section 13).
Fitment, sizing and compatibility information is provided as a guide. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part or accessory fits your motorcycle and that riding gear fits you before use. Parts should be installed by a qualified person, and all riding gear and parts should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable laws.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We will email you a confirmation that we have received your order; this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged.
We ship to addresses in the United States with UPS and FedEx. Delivery takes 5–7 business days, unless you choose expedited shipping. Orders of $100 or more ship free. Delivery times are estimates and delays by the carrier are outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Electronics and used products cannot be returned. The customer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong product, in which case we cover it. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Products may be covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, where one is provided. Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. No helmet, riding gear or part can prevent all injuries. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Face Performance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or use, arising from your use of the Site or any product, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose. The Site’s content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Full Face Performance or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services (for example, payment processing and shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services, which have their own terms and policies.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site or an order will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
